Weekly Happiness Circle

Each week we will work together and learn ways to manage stress and live happier lives. It is necessary that you attend the Introduction to Modern Energy & Happiness Circles workshop before attending any Happiness Circles. This introductory class will provide you with a basis for the different techniques we will be using. These get-togethers are designed to be easy and fun. You will meet new friends and learn how to be happier

After attending the Introductory Workshop, you will have the option of attending individual Happiness Circles for $10 each or you can sign up for all sessions each month for $20.
